Is your business working as well as you’d like?

  • Do you need more sales?
  • Do you need to make more profit?
  • Is your business “Up against it”?
  • Does your business need to be better known?
  • Is your business “Stuck”

This course, run under the Chatham House Rule, is for those:

  • Who need to improve their business
  • Whose business has stalled
  • Whose business is losing: sales, market-share, profits or other metric
  • Who want to get a grip on their Marketing

This is a follow-on course for Marketing 101 but focuses instead on working out why your business isn’t working as well as you’d like

The course is a one-day intensive experience spread over 2 half days, giving an outline how to troubleshoot the areas that comprise marketing as applied to business.

This course is less presentational and more interactive than Marketing 101 so be prepared to engage. You might need to bring metrics from your business. There is a pre-course questionnaire to complete.

Attendees who complete the day take away: -

  • Work Book & Marketing Check List
  • A clearer view of How to Improve your Marketing
  • A better idea of How to Target your Promotion Activities.
  • An outline for a Business Planning and Control spreadsheet
  • A set of Real Marketing™ Mind Maps and A Six Lines chart.
  • A Certificate of Attendance

The course is a one-day intensive experience spread over 2 half days
(Afternoons)

Dates TBA at Venue TBA,

Coffee or Tea and a light lunch are included on both half days.
Each course is limited to only 20 delegates

and

You get all this, for only
£197 +VAT per delegate, inclusive.

(If you book and pay for “Marketing 101” at the same time there is a reduction of £20 per person)

E-Mail: - [email protected] for booking and payment details

On each half day there is the opportunity to Network over lunch with the delegates on the sister course “Marketing 101” which runs on the remaining concurrent half day.

It is suggested that attendees dress comfortably. This is not intended to be a formal event and participation and play are encouraged.

It is a really good idea for you to do ‘Marketing 101’ as well as this course; preferably before or with ‘Troubleshoot your Marketing’ and take advantage of the £20 +VAT, price reduction.
